This review by Bioregional and academics from the Universities of Birmingham and the West of England looked at more than 100 research papers and reports and interviewed several experts. We considered what has worked to date, and we drew on evidence from the UK and overseas to propose ten key messages for policy makers who want households to keep on reducing their energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
